THYMIS EFTHYMIADIS (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)

Mr Efthymios Efthymiadis holds a Master's degree as a ‘Manufacturing and Management Engineer’ from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology.

He speaks English, German, French and Spanish. He started his career with PROCTER&GAMBLE, at their London Research Centre and continued at the EFTHYMIADIS Group of companies, at first as an Assistant Technical Manager at the Factory Plant of K+N EFTHYMIADIS SA, then as a Marketing Director of NETAGRO SA and later as General Manager of BIOS AGROSYSTEMS SA.

Today he is the CEO of BIOS AGROSYSTEMS SA, HELLENIC FARMING SA and AGROLAB SA. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Efthymiadis Group and Deputy Chairman of VITRO SA. Mr. Efthymios Efthymiadis is also the President of the Union of Greek Seed and Seed Trade Association (EEPES) and the Secretary General of the Hellenic Federation of Industries (SEV).

IRAKLIS ALATSIDIS (GENERAL MANAGER)

Mr Iraklis Alatsidis is a graduate of the School of Agriculture of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master's degree in Quality Assurance. He speaks English and German and has participated in numerous Seed Quality and Management training seminars in Greece and abroad.

During his career, he has worked at the Department of Quality Control of ‘AUSTRO-HELLENIQUE SA’ tobacco company, as Assistant Regional Director for ‘Hellenic Sugar Industry SA’ and at the Experimental Department of 'BAYER HELLAS SA’.

In 1995 he joined the team of BIOS AGROSYSTEMS SA as Head of Seed Production and Head of Production at the industrial plant for seed processing of the Group at Koutso, Xanthi. Today, Mr. Alatsidis is the General Manager of the Company

VALANTIS MALKOGIANNIDIS (FACTORY DIRECTOR)

Mr Chrysovalantis Malkogiannidis is a graduate of the School of Agriculture of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master's degree in Genetic Improvement in plants. He speaks English and has participated in training seminars on Business Administration and Seed Quality

He has worked with OPEKEPE [Greek Payment Authority of Common Agricultural Policy (C.A.P.) Aid Schemes], at ‘DIMITRA’ Farmers’ Training Centre and as Head of Quality Control at the ‘BIOS AGROSYSTEMS’ seed processing factory.

Since 2010, he has been the Director of the BIOS AGROSYSTEMS SA seed processing plant at Koutso, Xanthi.
